Like everything about the Cortisen Hotel, the culinary experience is anything but just plain traditional – Chef Christian Eisl has taken hearty regional dishes from Grandmother’s times and given them a subtle, but importantly, brush with modernity – the result is familiar flavours injected with a touch of lightness and zest.

International favourites make headlines too namely those classic dishes that capture the holiday mood. The Restaurant, being awarded with 89 points or „2 forks“  at the actual “Falstaff-Gourmetguide” 2019 stands in the forefront around lake Wolfgang.

Being guest at the Cortisen, you may choose between our exquisite half board arrangement for the special rate of Euro 35,- per person or our a-la-carte menu.
